Prismacolor pencils on canson paper March 11, 2013: I replaced the original file with a new one. I found the original drawing and took a new photo of it. Because the drawing is a little more damaged around the edges now than when I last took a photo of it, and because the lighting on the paper was a little strange, I used Photoshop to correct the background area. The roses are all still hand drawn by me, they are not digital at all. I did not have to use Photoshop on the flowers, only to fix the background. Please do not use this image without my permission

This is an old drawing, and the photo of it here was one I took a few years ago. I'm pretty sure I still have the drawing some where and would like to take a new (and larger) photo of it and replace this one with the new one.
It's been so long since I made this, I can't remember step by step how I did it, but I didn't do anything special.
I sketched out the leaves, stems, flowers and all their details lightly then began coloring the petals, leaves, etc, in one by one. I used a dark brown color pencil over the petals/leaves to make the shadows.
